As CEO and Co-Founder of Nuvho, Jude Bolger brings over 20 years of experience across hotel operations, advisory, and real estate development, with deep expertise in concept development, strategic planning, feasibility studies, operator selection, and business planning. He previously served as a Senior Consultant at TRI Hospitality Consulting in London, where he led hotel and serviced accommodation development advisory, and as Acquisition Manager at Choice Hotels Europe, where he drove franchise and leasehold portfolio expansion. He later held advisory roles with DWS Hospitality Specialists and JLL in Australia. Jude has advised on projects across Australia, the UK, Europe, Saudi Arabia, and the Pacific, making him a trusted leader in hotel advisory and commercial hotel services.

Matthias Dybing is the COO and Co-Founder of Nuvho, bringing over 20 years of hospitality experience across hotel operations, revenue management, and commercial advisory. He has held senior revenue and distribution leadership roles with World Hotels in Europe, followed by Rydges Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and Voyages, where he led commercial strategy across large, diverse portfolios. His career has spanned from the Australian, French, and UK markets, and his expertise covers revenue management, distribution, commercial systems, and marketing. Matthias also serves on the Advisory Board of HSMAI Asia Pacific and is a Certified HSMAI Trainer in Revenue Management and Distribution.

Tess Temperley is the Director of Sales at Nuvho, bringing over a decade of hotel sales experience across corporate, conference and events markets. She began her career in event production before moving into luxury hotel sales with properties including the Brisbane Marriott, Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Sydney. Her expertise covers corporate account acquisition, client retention and revenue growth in competitive markets. Tess holds a Master of Management (Event Management) from UTS and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Macquarie University, combining creative and analytical strengths to drive sales performance.

Alana Karic is the Director of Revenue at Nuvho, bringing extensive hospitality experience across hotel reservations, revenue management and distribution. She began her career in reservations with Accor across the Sofitel and Novotel brands, before moving into revenue management at Amora Hotels & Resorts. She later joined Nightcap Hotels as the National Revenue and Distribution Manager, leading revenue and distribution strategy across a portfolio of 115 hotels and delivering substantial RevPAR growth. Alana holds a Diploma in Holiday Parks and Resorts from William Angliss Institute, and now drives revenue performance across Nuvho’s growing portfolio of hotel clients.
