Jude Bolger – CEO/ Co-Founder

Jude has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and has held roles in an operational, advisory and real-estate development context. He specialises in the areas of concept development, strategic planning, feasibility studies, operator selection and business planning.

In Australia, Jude has held roles with DWS Hospitality Specialists and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) before establishing Nuvho, HDI Advisory, Herobe & 80 Twenty Hotel Media. Geographically, Jude has undertaken advisory projects in Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Cape Verde, Cyprus, France, Georgia, Ireland, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Thailand and the UK.

Jude holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Studies; Master of Business Studies in Planning and Strategic Management; Bachelor of Business Studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management; and a Diploma of Business Studies specialising in Hotel & Catering Management.

Matthias Dybing – COO/ Co-Founder

Matthias is a respected thought leader in revenue and distribution, regularly sharing his expertise at conferences and industry events. With a career that began in front-office operations and progressed to leading revenue and distribution strategies for prominent brands like Voyages Australia, Accor, Rydges, and World Hotels,

Matt brings unparalleled insights to the table. As a co-founder of influential ventures such as the 80 Twenty Hotel Conference, Revmandis, Nuvho, and Herobe, he continues to shape the future of the hotel and distribution industry. Armed with an MBA and serving on the advisory board of HSMAI, Matt’s contributions are both impactful and inspiring.

Riley Staraj – Managing Director

Riley is a long-term commercial expert within Nuvho, bringing years of experience and success to the team. Based in Australia, his extensive background spans both domestic and international markets, showcasing his adaptability and strategic leadership. Over the years, he has consistently achieved significant commercial milestones for hotels, excelling in both the branded and independent sectors.

Now entrusted with leading Nuvho’s expansion into European markets, Riley is poised to apply his wealth of knowledge and expertise to this exciting new venture. His forward-thinking approach and proven track record make him a key driver of growth and innovation.

Reannon Ivancic – Director of Sales

Reannon brings a wealth of expertise in hotel sales, having worked with renowned organizations such as Frasers Hospitality, Stamford Hotels & Resorts, and Meriton Serviced Apartments. Her extensive corporate sales background is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in psychology, equipping her with unique insights into client behaviour and strategic decision-making. This combination of skills enables her to deliver tailored solutions that align with the commercial goals of Nuvho’s diverse clientele. Reannon excels in managing complex sales processes, fostering long-term client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.

Her understanding of market trends and ability to implement effective strategies contribute significantly to achieving exceptional results. Alana Karic – Director of Revenue

Alana is an experienced Director of Revenue at Nuvho, obtaining over a decade of experience within the hotel industry. Previously, served as the National Revenue and Distribution Manager at Nightcap Hotels, where she managed a portfolio of 115 hotels, achieving a significant increase in RevPAR through innovative revenue strategies. Alana holds a Diploma in Holiday Parks and Resorts from William Angliss Institute, equipping her with a solid foundation in hospitality management.

Passionate about driving business growth, she continuously seeks to enhance her skills and contribute to the industry’s success.

Rebecca Janke – Director of Revenue

Rebecca is an expert in hotel revenue management with over a decade of experience driving profitability for independent and chain hotels. As the Director of Revenue, Rebecca specializes in leveraging market trends, dynamic pricing, and distribution strategies to optimize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Certified in revenue management, Rebecca combines data-driven insights with a hands-on approach to create tailored strategies for success. Her expertise in fostering strong client relationships and implementing innovative solutions ensures sustainable growth.

Nicolas Appave – Director of Marketing

Nicolas has over 10 years’ of experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing having held positions with brands such as Holiday Inn, Radisson and Hard Rock Café. A highly accomplished senior marketing professional, Nicolas has a proven track record of driving significant growth through multi-channel marketing strategies. Skilled in e-commerce management, digital marketing, content creation, and data analysis.

Her proven ability to drive impactful commercial results and craft multi-layered sales and marketing strategies sets her apart as a true industry leader.

Hayley plays a key role in Nuvho’s international expansion, bringing her wealth of knowledge and passion to new markets. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Events and a Digital Marketing diploma.
