Jude Bolger - CEO/ Co-Founder

As CEO and Co-Founder of Nuvho, Jude Bolger brings over 20 years of hands-on experience spanning hotel operations, advisory, and real estate development across the global hospitality industry.

With deep expertise in concept development, strategic planning, feasibility studies, operator selection, and business planning, Jude has built his advisory career across some of the industry’s most respected organisations. His journey spans Senior Consultant at TRI Hospitality Consulting in London, where he focused on Hotel & Serviced Accommodation Development Advisory, through to Acquisition Manager at Choice Hotels Europe, driving Hotel Franchise & Leasehold Portfolio Expansion across the region. He further honed his expertise in Australia with DWS Hospitality Specialists and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), before channelling over two decades of industry knowledge into co-founding Nuvho.

Jude’s advisory work spans an extensive international footprint, with projects undertaken across Australia, Ireland, the UK, Portugal, France, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Fiji, New Zealand, and beyond. His breadth of experience and global perspective make him a trusted leader in hotel advisory and commercial hotel services.

Matthias Dybing - COO/ Co-Founder

Matthias Dybing is the COO and Co-Founder of Nuvho, with over 20 years of experience across the hospitality industry spanning hotel operations, revenue management, and commercial advisory roles.

With deep expertise in revenue strategy, distribution, commercial systems, and profit optimisation, Matthias has built his career across some of the industry’s most prominent hotel brands and organisations. His journey began in front-office operations before progressing to senior revenue and distribution leadership roles with World Hotels in Europe, and subsequently with Rydges Hotels & Resorts, Accor, and Voyages, where he led commercial strategy across large and diverse hotel portfolios. He channelled this wealth of experience into co-founding Nuvho.

Beyond Nuvho, Matthias serves on the Advisory Board of HSMAI Asia Pacific and is a Certified HSMAI Trainer in Revenue Management and Distribution, reflecting his standing as a trusted voice and thought leader across the global hospitality community.

Riley Staraj - Managing Director

Riley Staraj is the Managing Director UK of Nuvho, with over a decade of experience across the hospitality industry spanning hotel operations, revenue management, and commercial leadership. His career began with Accor, one of the world’s largest hotel groups where he gained front-line experience across the Ibis Styles, Mercure, and Novotel brands, building a strong operational foundation and an early understanding of how large-scale hotel brands drive commercial performance.

Since joining Nuvho, Riley progressed from Revenue Management and Distribution Analyst through to Director of Revenue & Distribution, developing deep expertise across revenue strategy, distribution, and commercial management for both global brands and independent hotels.

Since taking on the Managing Director role in 2024, he has been at the forefront of Nuvho’s European expansion, bringing his commercial expertise to hotel owners and operators across the continent seeking to unlock their full revenue potential. His unique blend of large-brand grounding and independent hotel acumen positions him as a compelling and credible voice in the European hospitality market.

Reannon Ivancic - Managing Director

Reannon Ivancic is the Managing Director AU at Nuvho, bringing a distinguished career built on deep expertise in hotel sales, business development, and commercial strategy.

Her journey spans across business development roles at Stamford Hotels & Resorts, Capri by Fraser, where she honed her corporate sales expertise across both branded and serviced apartment segments with Meriton Serviced Apartments and Frasers Hospitality. Leading Nuvho’s Australian operations as Managing Director AU, her journey through Account Director and Director of Sales roles within the business reflects a career marked by ambition, expertise, and a genuine passion for hotel commercial.

Reannon’s extensive sales background is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, equipping her with a distinctive understanding of client behaviour and strategic decision-making. Her collaborative leadership style and unwavering commitment to excellence makes her a driving force behind Nuvho’s continued growth and success across the Australian market.

Alana Karic - Director of Revenue

Alana Karic is the Director of Revenue at Nuvho, with a career built on a deep foundation in hotel reservations, revenue management, and distribution strategy.

Beginning her hospitality journey in front-line reservations roles with leading brands across the Accor portfolio, including Sofitel and Novotel, Alana developed a strong operational understanding of the industry from the ground up. She progressed into revenue management at Amora Hotels & Resorts, before taking on the role of National Revenue and Distribution Manager at Nightcap Hotels, where she developed and executed revenue and distribution strategies across a portfolio of 115 hotels, delivering substantial RevPAR growth. Her analytical approach and ability to align commercial strategy with market conditions have been central to her success throughout her career.

Alana holds a Diploma in Holiday Parks and Resorts from William Angliss Institute, underpinning her broad understanding of hospitality management across diverse accommodation sectors. Her hands-on experience across reservations, revenue, and distribution makes her a driving force behind the revenue performance of Nuvho’s growing portfolio of hotel clients.

Rebecca Janke - Director of Revenue

Rebecca Janke is the Director of Revenue at Nuvho, bringing over six years of focused experience in hotel revenue management and distribution across some of Australia’s most recognised hospitality brands.

She began her revenue career as a Multi Hotel Revenue Analyst spanning the Novotel, Mercure, and ibis Brisbane properties, before progressing to Revenue Manager at Novotel Brisbane South Bank, where she developed a strong commercial foundation in a high-volume urban market. Her career then took her to the Gold Coast with Accor’s flagship luxury property, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, where she advanced from Revenue Manager to Director of Revenue Management, overseeing the full revenue and distribution strategy for one of Queensland’s premier hotels.

Rebecca joined Nuvho as Cluster Revenue Manager before being appointed Director of Revenue, where she leads and mentors a team of revenue professionals, setting the strategic direction for commercial performance across Nuvho’s growing portfolio of hotel partners and ensuring each property is positioned to maximise revenue opportunity. Her blend of luxury brand expertise, operational insight, and data-driven approach makes her a trusted commercial leader.

Hayley Thompson - Director of Sales & Marketing

Hayley Thompson is the Director of Sales & Marketing at Nuvho, with over a decade of experience across the hotel industry spanning front office operations, hotel sales, and digital marketing functions.

With a strong foundation built across independent hotels and serviced apartment properties developing a deep operational understanding through Front Office and Reservations roles before moving into sales and marketing functions. Her journey with Nuvho began in a business development capacity, progressing through successive sales roles before she made the move into digital marketing. Her work spans both Australian and European markets, partnering with renowned brands including Accor, Best Western, EVT, and Lancemore, as well as boutique hotels and serviced apartments, delivering multi-layered strategies that drive measurable commercial results.

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, which provided a strong academic grounding in tourism, hospitality, and commercial operations, and her subsequent Digital Marketing qualification from the Digital Marketing Institute served to complement and extend that foundation, equipping her with the digital skillset needed to lead modern hotel sales and marketing strategies. Her breadth of operational and commercial experience, combined with her well-rounded academic background, makes her a trusted leader in hotel sales and marketing and part of the driving force behind Nuvho’s European expansion.

Tess Temperley - Director of Sales

Tess Temperley is the Director of Sales bringing over a decade of progressive hotel sales experience across some of Australia’s most renowned properties, including the Brisbane Marriott Hotel, Westin and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, Stamford Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Sydney.

Since joining Nuvho, Tess has grown her impact across each role she has held from Business Development Manager to Director of Sales building a strong track record of corporate account acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth in competitive markets. Her early career in event production and coordination, combined with more than four years managing conference and events sales within the luxury hotel sector, laid a strong foundation in corporate client relationships, large-scale event delivery, and team development.

Tess holds a Master of Management in Event Management from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University, equipping her with both the creative and analytical capabilities essential to driving corporate sales performance. Her blend of luxury hotel experience, deep understanding of the corporate market, and academic excellence make her a dynamic and results-driven sales leader at Nuvho.

Rachel Hogan - Reservations Team Leader

Rachel Hogan is the Reservations Team Leader, with a career in hospitality built on a genuine passion for guest experience and a thorough command of hotel reservations operations. Holding an associate’s degree in Event, Hospitality and Tourism Management from AIB College of Business, Rachel combined her academic grounding with hands-on experience across Brisbane’s hospitality sector, most notably as a Guest Service Officer at FV by Peppers she developed a strong foundation in guest relations, booking management, and front-of-house operations.

Since joining Nuvho, Rachel has grown into the role of Reservations Team Leader, heading the department with a focus on team development, operational excellence, and performance-driven results. She oversees the full reservation’s function from managing and mentoring her team to optimising booking conversion, handling group and corporate enquiries, and serving as the senior point of contact for complex reservations matters. Her ability to balance team leadership with operational precision, combined with her deep understanding of the reservations function, makes her an integral part of the team.

Clara Madero - People & Culture Business Partner

Clara Madero is a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner with over five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including her current role at Nuvho where she has been instrumental in shaping people strategy, organisational development, and workforce planning within the hospitality sector.

Over nearly three years at Nuvho, Clara has grown into a trusted strategic partner to hotel leadership, applying her expertise across the full spectrum of HR, from shaping recruitment pipelines and onboarding programmes to driving performance frameworks and organisational change. Her experience at every level of the people function, from Coordinator to Business Partner, gives her a grounded and well-rounded perspective that connects day-to-day HR operations with broader business goals. The solid HR foundations she built at global organisations including NTT and ACCIONA in Australia spanning end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR systems have proven invaluable in shaping her approach to building and nurturing high-performing hotel teams.

Clara holds a Certificate IV in Human Resources Management and Services from the Australian HR Institute, complementing her academic background and equipping her with a solid grounding in HR compliance, best practices, and legislation. Passionate about creating people-first workplaces, Clara brings a collaborative, strategic, and detail-oriented approach to every aspect of the employee experience.
